Become a better version of oneself each day

The story of our quickly developing company started in 2006. That time, it was actually my own story – the story of Stanislav Batěk. I can remember it very well. I used to work as an operator on a production line. As my first experience with the automotive segment, this position gave me a lot. Actually, it set my understanding of „automotive standard“ – if this had never happened, Automotive Interims would likely not exist.

It was a nice time on the production line, but I felt a strong inner motivation – I have always had it and it has stayed with me since then – and it becomes my driving engine when facing a demanding project. Thanks to my effort and motivation, I soon got to the purchase department where I was gaining valuable experience for some more time.

First freelance-mode steps

Making the decision to become a freelancer was not easy. However, looking back, it was one of the best ones in my life. As usual, an easy way mostly leads nowhere, but if you step out of your comfort zone, this can bring you the unexpected. I have experienced this many times. This was how my way of a freelancer, in particular a purchase and logistics consultant, began.

When I got to the other side of the river – BUSINESS – I found out it was much more difficult than I had thought. One has to step out of the comfort zone even much more often. However, I gained experience much faster than during many years as an employee. My professional growth was enormous – and this was what drove me and motivated me to get further. I focused on improvement, didn´t search for ways why this and that cannot be done – even though there could have been found many of them. Retrospectively, I am thankful for my efforts and tries.

Mentors made it possible

I encountered a few interesting persons on my way. I would like to mention mainly Honza Korbel from the company Vektoring and thank him a lot. I have gone through several workshops focused on cooperation, communication and business skills. Gradually, I started moving forward so that I could become a better version of myself every single day. The way was worth it as today, I can see a strong team with common values heading in the same direction. And that is what I am proud of.
